Important Notes:
- Only pure vegetarian food will be served during the entire pilgrimage. Non-vegetarian food and alcohol are strictly prohibited.
- All pilgrims must board and deboard only at Surat Railway Station.
- Seats will not be booked under other names or transferred to others once registered.
- A fee of ₹4000 must be paid at the time of booking, and the remaining ₹19,000 must be paid within 10 days.
- If any traveler cancels their journey, ₹2000 to ₹3000 will be deducted as a cancellation charge.
- If a traveler leaves the tour midway, no refund will be provided. No claims will be entertained.
- Keep the original photo ID with you at all times. Carry 2 passport-size photos, a photocopy of your Aadhar card, and your voter ID if available.
- During this yatra, accommodation will be arranged in temples, lodges, dharamshalas, or hotels as per availability.
- If a traveler falls ill or cannot continue the journey, return arrangements will be their own responsibility.
- This tour will be for 18 full days. It is not suitable for those who are not physically fit or healthy.
- Organizer is not responsible for any accident, theft, loss, or damage during the journey.
- Ladies should carry sarees, salwar kameez, tops, dupattas, sweaters, and other basic needs (no western wear). Gents should wear kurtas, pyjamas, and dhotis (white clothes preferred).
- Seats in the train will be reserved by sleeper coach (non-AC), and seating arrangement will be assigned during the tour.
- Children below 1 year are not allowed. Children above 1 year will be charged full amount.
- No AC train, hotel, or luxury vehicle arrangements are available on this yatra.
- If any passenger leaves the group, a penalty of ₹1000 will be applied. Rejoining the group later may not be possible.
