Important Notes:
- Pure vegetarian food will be served two times a day, including tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- At all pilgrimage places, stay is arranged near Haridwar railway station for Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri. No vehicles will go directly to Kedarnath and Yamunotri.
- The journey from the station to the hotel and from the hotel to the pilgrimage site will be on foot or using available local transport.
- ₹4000 is required for helicopter booking. If canceled later, ₹500 will be deducted and refund will be given after 10 days.
- If canceled after the train ticket is booked, no refund will be given. Minimum ₹3000 will be deducted.
- If one doesn't go to Kedarnath/Yamunotri, ₹5000 will be deducted. Bed room charge: ₹2500 per bed.
- All pilgrims must carry their original Aadhaar card. Without it, the trip will not be possible. Carry a torchlight, small blanket, light warm clothes, soap, oil, shampoo, medicine, socks, plastic bag, and a water bottle.
- No extra luggage will be allowed. Management is not responsible for loss or theft.
- AC buses will be available for 60 people. AC will be off in mountainous areas and when required.
- In some places, dormitory and toilet facilities may be limited.
- The organizer reserves the right to change time, date, and facilities at any time.
- The management will arrange rooms, vehicles, and food. (Tea/snacks twice, breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Personal items like jewelry, cash, mobile, etc. should be taken care of by the pilgrims themselves. The organizer is not responsible.
- For railway AC ticket booking, provide photocopy of Aadhaar card and full name before booking.
- Mountain areas may not have toilets everywhere.
- Helicopter bookings will depend on weather conditions and government permissions.
- Journey to Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri will be done as per government regulations.
- Where the bus doesn’t go, walking will be required. The group will stop at specified places for the night.
